The flexible system allows for rapid mobilization, erection and removal.
The SAFEHOUSE Pressurized Welding Enclosure (PWE) is a flexible welding enclosure that has features such as shut-in prevention, multi-layered fire retardant panels, and extensive panel size range. It is BSSE approved and can be rapidly assembled and dismantled with limited personnel required. Additionally, it can monitor atmospheres for LEL of H2S, CO2, and oxygen. The enclosure is completely customizable, and the panels and equipment can be re-used without generating waste.
SAFEHOUSE PWEs offer flexibility in installation, size customization, and panel construction for hotwork in hazardous areas. They include supply and extract components, require no tools for assembly, and have zippered seam construction with overlapping hook and loop closures. Additional drape panels provide extra protection, while escape panels allow for easy exit in emergencies. The panels can accommodate penetrations of various sizes, allowing for pipe work, structural steel and other components to be encapsulated and are easily transported and reusable.
The modular design of SAFEHOUSE PWEs allows for various applications by interchanging panels and rearranging components. The units serve as an effective engineered solution to shut-in prevention, reducing production interruptions, POB, and risks while preventing accidents and retaining revenue. They are reusable, providing additional cost savings.
Rapid deployment and assembly of SAFEHOUSE PWEs, ensures that production loss is limited or averted. The panelized construction units are compact, lightweight, and allow for rapid mobilization, erection and dismantle. With versatility both offshore (platforms, rigs, vessels) and onshore (plants, refineries), SAFEHOUSE PWEs provide automatic control of hotwork equipment.
P3 Global's flexible PWE provides environmental monitoring while mitigating the inherent risks associated with conducting hotwork in hazardous environments. By incorporating our flexible, modular design element, we are able to effectively control all aspects of hotwork.
